DESCRIPTION:Dare to Lead™ focuses on developing courage-building skills to help leaders move from armoured leadership to daring leadership\n\n\nDare to Lead™ is a courage-building programme for leaders\, based on the research of Dr Brené Brown. ‘Leaders’ in this context is “someone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people of processes and has the courage to develop that potential”. \nThe most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable\, measurable\, and observable.
