DESCRIPTION:“If you always do what you have always done\, you will always get what you always got \nTake control of ‘what happens next’ by breaking through the monotonous cycle that have left you apprehensive of meaningful relationship\, disheartened by the scene\, or simply feeling suffocated by the perception of a ‘community’ that you aren’t sure even exists. \nAde Adeniji & Darren Brady bring their wealth of experience\, and knowledge to help you better understand the complexities\, joys\, challenges\, frustrations\, thoughts and emotions involved with being a gay man in today’s world. \nThe Weekend Exploration Workshops have been specifically created for today’s gay man\, with key learnings inspired by ’The Velvet Rage – overcoming the pain of growing up gay in a straight man’s world‘\, by Alan Downs. \nIn attending this interactive and engaging workshop\, participants will: \n\n\nGain a deeper understanding of how their upbringing has impacted their emotional development\nDevelop an increased awareness of their limiting beliefs\, behavior and habits\nBe engaged in a healing process\nIdentify ways to improve their sense of self and their relationships\nGain clarity on next steps for themselves\, their relationships\, and the world they live in\nExperience the support and intimacy of a group of gay me\nCreate a positive and supportive new network\nGain a greater sense of living as a gay man in todays world\n\n\nThe workshop is held over 2.5 days – Friday evening (7pm – 6pm)\, Saturday (10am – 6.00pm) and Sunday (10am – 5.30pm). Others have asked whether they could come on the workshop again\, in order to recapture some of the insights they gained that first time. \nThis is where The Quest Mastery Weekend Exploration Workshop comes in.\nThis follow-up to the Weekend Exploration is intended to build upon the insights and self-awareness cultivated during\, and since attending that initial Workshop. \nWhilst the essence of the first Workshop focused on understanding and healing your past wounds in order to cultivate your most authentic life in the present.
