DESCRIPTION:The Quest Wednesdays are bi monthly (virtual) gatherings bringing together gay\, bi & queer men to pause\, connect and have wholehearted conversations. \nThis month\, the five themed rooms for Lite Lounge will be: \n* At one with nature\n* Masculine; feminine; gay\n* Rescuing others\n* Self sufficiency v. Self sabotage\n* Anything goes \nThe gathering is facilitated by the Quest Community Team and supported by Adé Adéniji & Darren Brady\, Founders of The Quest for Gay Men. \nDuring our time together there will be opportunities to participate in small breakout groups to muse and reflect on the room theme and then come back to the larger group. DESCRIPTION:The Quest Wednesdays are bi monthly (virtual) gatherings bringing together gay\, bi & queer men to pause\, connect and have wholehearted conversations. The sessions are facilitated by the Quest team headed by Adé Adéniji & Darren Brady\, Founders of The Quest Collective. \nThis evening we have a guest facilitator joining us! Matthew Beckford – a coach\, facilitator and Diversity and Equality practitioner. He works with individuals and groups to access more of their potential and change the world in small ways everyday. \nDuring our time together there will be opportunities to participate in small breakout groups to muse and reflect on the theme and respond to some exploratory questions. \n**This weeks theme: Cultivating Rest** \nWe gather from 18.50 and start promptly at 7pm.( Participants will not be allowed to join after the group commitments at the beginning of the session have been made.) There will also be the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the facilitated part of the evening. \nThe gatherings will take place online\, via Zoom – the web-based video conferencing tool.
